My question is I had my water pump repaired a couple weeks ago ,2 days ago I had to buy more anitfreeze to put in because it was over heating again,I could not believe this , what could be wrong.

Quite possibly it wasn't fully diagnosed, and it has an internal concern, like a headgasket. Was the coolant low when you added? Have it pressure tested, and block tested for combustion gases in the cooling system.
