What does it mean when engine is running rough, boggs down and chokes up everytime you press on the gas peddal and sometimes it runs very slowly from a stop sign like it has no power. Also, it smells like a strong gas odor inside the car and smoke comes out dark and leaves a black suite around exhaust.
