If there is a button labeled info, scroll until oil life is displayed. Press and hold info reset untill the three X's go to 100%. If there is a message that has priority, like door ajar, headlamps suggested, or apply brake to shift, it will disrupt you every time. You just need to fulfill those obligations so you can get the reset to go long enough to be effective.
