hi, need help, have a minor electrical humming noise when engine running, sounds like a fuel pump noise, dash lites and headlites pulsating rapidly at idle, but normal when above idle speed. Everything else ok, no codes. I think it developed after i had the fuel filter changed, not positive though. Any clues where to start? thanks
