okay.. so im having trouble with a GM gremlin. p0440 code for the evap system.. was wondering where i should start and what to look for...

Initially, it could have a loose or leaking fuel cap. Could have a faulty fuel tank pressure sensor, leaking fuel sender seal, faulty vent or purge solenoid, canister, or lines. You need to at least have scan tool capabilities.
