1996 Cadillac SLS turn signal stopped working

Welcome to the forum. Any fuse you check, like the turn fuse, use a testlite on the fuse circuit, if you haven't already, to see if the circuit is hot. It goes hot when you turn on the key. According to my info the turn flasher and hazzard flasher are two different flashers. If everything checks out up to this point, I'd have to check the turn signal switch.
