1984 Cadillac Seville, 100,000 miles...the left turn signal is not working properly, the light comes on in the dash and it comes on on the outside of the car but does not flash. I was wondering whether or not you guys could clarify if it's a fuse problem or maybe a burned out turn signal bulb? I checked the fuse box, but am unsure where the turn signal fuse is located. Also, the left brake light is out too, and I was wondering what you guys were thinking might be the problem with that...the light comes on with the headlights, but not with the brakes... Any help is greatly appreciated...
