1997 Cadillac Seville blinkers dont work

You sure its the correct flasher-double check the wiring and all the bulbs.

my blinkers do not work.the lights work but do not blink
ive already changed the flasher and checked the fuses.

there are 2 flasher units, the one you want is on the side of the steering column, up in the dash, not in the fuse panel
