1994 Cadillac Seville Rear suspension

The auto ride suspension is stuck in the "up" position. I had some weight in the trunk and the system adjusted. When I took the weight out, the suspension stayed in the heavy position and the back end of the car is now raised up. When I go over a bump, the rear end bounces a lot.
