1992 Cadillac Seville REPAIR CODES

They are instrument panel codes, all relevant to loss of data.
Code I033 Loss of SIR Data
Code I034 Loss of PCM Data
Code I037 Loss of ACP Data
Code I039 CCR Signal Fault

It is hard to say what the symptoms would be, and whether you would even notice the conditions for setting these codes, when they occur.

when the symptoms occur the fuel reading gauge,the battery amp gauge, and the temp gauge goes blank and have lines that look like this(----------) across the instrument panel, also the heat will start blowing on high speed and wont turn off until the system starts working agian ,.. do you have a solution on how i might repair this problem

I would speculate, and this is just a guess, but since the IPC is what is setting all the loss of data codes, it may be at fault. Are these the only codes, or are there others in other systems?

no all the other systems donthave any codes stored in them .also i'am not sure what IPC stands for but i'am guessing the instrument panel control if this is not correct please give me the correct meaning and how do i fix this problem

Instrument panel cluster. As I said, since the IPC is setting the data loss codes, it could be faulty. This is just a guess, since I can't put my fingers on the vehicle. It could be power supply problems, ground problems, terminal or connection faults. I can't guide you through all scenarios, especially without knowing the full history of the vehicle. If you choose to replace the cluster, be aware that it may require programming, or theft system learn, that only a GM dealer may provide.

Did you ever get a resolution to your problem. I seam to have the same issue with my 92 seville.

You have a faulty instrument cluster. Change it and your problem will be solved. I had the same problem and problem was gone after I changed the instrument cluster. You can get a cheap one from eBay.
