V8 wheel drive type unknown automatic 150,000 miles
Hi, yesterday after a night's freeze, we attempted to use the windshield wipers to help clear the ice off of the windshield and they stopped working. Now they do not work or move but there is a humming coming from them. After inspecting further I found the origin of the sound to be coming from what I am assuming is the wiper motor, although I am not sure? I tried unplugging the cables attached to the part making the noise and plugging them back in, but this did not help. Also checked the fuse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
