Computer problem
1990 Cadillac Seville V8

The instrument cluster and computer have been changed to no avail. Does the computer have to be reset? What else could the problem be?

I am assuming it is no speedo, as the heading states. Has it been checked that the sensor is putting out a signal, and the connections at the sensor are made?
