e41 will make the car not run, cam sensor in distributor

there is a test through the climate control for the ISC motor, first look down the throttle plates, is it carboned up bad? if it is the TPS could be sending the wront info to the computer causing the ISC motor to extend. Take to a cadillac dealer this is a timely process, carbon cleaning and idle and TPS set up and ISC check out
