1991 Cadillac Fleetwood Engine Stutters

We have replaced spark plugs, wires, dist. cap, rotor, and fuel filter. The car runs but has a stutter in it. We have also replaced the oxygen sensor and still nothing. Can anyone help me? Going on 2 days and running out of suggestions. Anyone heard of manifold gasket leak maybe?

is it running rough?
a ck engine light?
what size of motor? 4.9 or 350
is it front wheel drive or rear wheel drive?

It is a 5.0 V8, no check engine light.

We found the problem !!!!!!

The star wheel inside the distributor, one of the stars was totally gone. Replaced with a new distributor and runs perfect.
