1986 Cadillac FBdeelegance blower motor intermittent

I have the Electronic Climate Control in my Caddy.The blower motor works only sometimes.When it works it works good other times it seems to start then cuts out.I have changed the motor and cleaned all under hood electrical contacts but it still acts up
