my active traction control on and the vehicle breaks shapely repeatedly. the TC light and ABS light are also on

It could possibly be a faulty wheel speed sensor. Ideally, if you can get the trouble codes in the system, it would be more conclusive. You will need access to a scan tool that will communicate with the ABS module.
