Some of the lights which illuminate buttons on the dash and steering wheel are out. How can they be changed?

The backlighting on the wheel switches is corrected only by switch replacement. You would need to be more specific on the dash, but if it's a switch, more than likely it would need replaced as well. Almost nothing is serviceable.
