2002 cadillac escalade im havin trouble wit my battery meter every thing time i step on the brake the battery meter drops or when im backin up the drops 2 and i have change my battery and still does it

Have the alternator load tested and check if the field generation is controlled by the powertrain control module.

yes i have put a new one and it still does the samething
