I have a code of PO301 (missfire cyl. 1) I have changed the plugs, wires, cap & rotor, PCV valve & it stills runs a little rough & I still get the code after I clear it. What else can I do to make it run right ?

Most common for a misfire is spark plug and the ignition system
but that’s not the only cause
check fuel injector and compression
vacuum leaks too
on GM injectors may be at fault

also the coil pack on the valve cover, thats probally it
