One morning I started the car & it ran rough & I got a service engine light. I replaced the plugs, wires, cap & rotor. It runs a little better but I still get this code PO301. I can't get it inspected until I get this code to go away. I have a 5.7 L with thottle body injection so it can't be the injector or the one coil. I unpluged the EGR valve & got a low input voltage reading. I unplug the sensor before the MAF sensor & nothing happens. Is this the problem ? I can't aford to take it to the Cadi dealer. Please help.

A 2000 Escalade should not have throttle body injection, ( although it does have a throttle body)
It should have one injector per cylinder located below the upper intake manifold along with the fuel pressure regulator.
On these engines faulty injectors were quite common , unfortunately you cannot see them without removing the upper intake manifold to expose what is called the spider .
If you know someone with a snap on scanner, you can perform an injector balance test to see if the injector is working properly. If not you may just have to take a chance and replace the injector.
You can also try a good injector cleaning, this may help depending on how bad shape it is in.
Hope this helps!

I would say its your coil pack for #1 cylinder, exchange with another 1 from another cylinder and see if misfire changes to that cylinder, if it doesnt then go for the Injector
