I am having problems with my aboved mentiond items.I checked the motors on the windows and wipers and they are good,I don't think it is the bcm because everything else works.I do know I am not getting 14.5 volts from the alt in the truck but it tested good at the parts store.What could it be?

I had the EXACT same problem, turned out to be a little black box, inside of your middle consoul, get someone who knows about circuit boards, and have them look at it, and sodder what is loose, cost me $75 a yr ago, and works perfect ever since...
