How did you came into conclusion that the blower motor is defective, what type of tests did you performed.

when my father purchased the car he also got a e-iservice manual on line. my dad has a test meter of some sort and he tested the volts to it then he tried to run the motor with a direct wire and a ground and the motor will not come on at all. it does get the proper "juice" to it but it still will not come on. He followed a trouble shoot guide with the e-iservice manual he has. and it states to replace the blower motor it gives direction on how to but the steps are not easy for me to follow. meaning does the one complete coil pack need to be removed? or just the top cover? see I am a 44yr old woman and I have to do this myself and I am below broke, I just want to know all I am in for before I start to do this I don't want to hung up but currently I cant afford to purchase any more manuals etc. Thank you for your kindness in advance. I will donate after I get my bills paid and groceries bought for the month I just have to see where I am first,.....
