Greetings To All

I have a overheating problem and have replaced just about every part of the cooling system waterpump, radiator, lower & upper hoses, temp sensor, thermostat,Waterpump Pulley Tensioner belt, fresh Flush / fills of "50/50 Dexcool".
But the system keep overheating and both hoses are so swollen each time it overheats. Someone pointed out that everything was replaced, accept the "Waterpump Pulley Tensioner Assy",which doesn't appear to be having any problem. I'm low on cash and need the car. Could someone Please Explain what this part or how important it is.Should There Be Any Other Parts To Consider?.
Thank You In Advance!.

It is unlikely that your W/P belt tensioner is causing your overheat, unless you are throwing the belt and the pump is not turning. I would not go any further without having the cooling system tested for the presence of combustion gases, indicating an internal leak.
