Engine Mechanical problem
1994 Cadillac El Dorado V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
My car's computer is coming up with a code which is saying it's an open brake booster vacuum sensor. Where is this located. Also, I am getting 2 other codes one is PCM memory reset, and distributor signal interupted. The car is idling rough and won't stay running. Any ideas on what the problem is? We just replaced the crank sensor and now these 3 codes are coming up.

memory reset is you disconnected the battery. but I need the code #

push off and warmer on the heater controls at the same time with the key in the on position, look in the message center for the codes

did you do a crankshaft relearn after the replacement of the crank sensors?

What do you mean by "relearn" the crank sensor, and how do you do this?

please scan your codes, the way I had asked you to so we can see the codes your have, in order to help you. do this through your heater controls

after crankshaft sensors are replaced they need to have a relearn done at the dealer through the tech 2( which is a diagnostic tool for GM modles and other things )
