OK, LATELY MY DTS WHEN STARTING GIVES A STRONG ORDER OF GAS, FUMES BIG TIME. WHEN DRIVING FOR 1-2 MILES MORE FUMES.

This is very dangerous and can possibly kill you. STOP driving this car immediately!!!
I can't really tell you where these fumes are coming from without narrowing it down. But there's only so many places they could be coming from.
1. leaking fuel tank
2. leaking gas line
3. leaking fuel filter
4. leaking pressure regulator
5. leaking injector
6. blown intake manifold gasket
7. leaking exhaust (extremely dangerous!!!)

Can any authorized repair shop trouble shoot this problem?

Anyone should be able to diagnose it. A visual inspection of the fuel supply and delivery system may be all you need.
