Engine Cooling problem
1994 Cadillac DTS Front Wheel Drive Automatic 147000 miles

this is my brother in laws car, he has hanged the water pump, the themostat, and the car steal overheats though the reservor when the motor runs for a while.
if you turn the heater on it gets really warm but doesnt get to 225 degrees.
could it be the radiator or the cap or a sensor.
please let me know. thanks.
