2004 Cadillac Deville tail light blinking

Purchased a used Rt rear and after about a month it blinks correct rate, and light works correctly. Then sometimes will blink very fast rate and the turn light won't display. Left side works fine. Advise. Cant buy a new light as Cad dealer wants $535 for new stock.

As far as I know, this is a rare problem so I think you would be safe with a used part from a salvage yard. If it were a problem that most or all Deville's of that year and model had, then the one you would get from the salvage yard would most likely have the same problem.
