How do you remove the camshaft pulley that turns the water pump on 4.6 litre, need to remove cover so i can take off the head

It requires a power steering pulley remover, a special tool. It is pretty generic, and a parts store should have something. To install it, it uses a pulley installer, although the threaded portion of the camshaft is smaller than what is in the steering pump shaft.
