How do I fix a rear window antenna that has come loose in a car wash?

I am not familiar with an antenna on the rear glass of a 2002 deville, is it a stick on cellular antenna? If it is, Is your Onstar account still active, and have you made the upgrade from analog to digital? If not, I would fix the antenna by tossing it.
