I'm working on my father-in-laws caddy and my question is the coolant level sensor replaceable with replaceing the complete tank? If so where is the sensor located on the tank? My luck it'll be on the bottom....I was a wrench in my younger days so if it doesn't involve going under the car or taking the engine out (Ha..Ha) I should, hopefully be able to handle it. Thanks for your help.

The sensor is part of the tank, once you unbolt it, the connector should be accessible. If you are getting a low coolant light on with the level full, try rapping on the tank with a rubber mallet or equivalent. Sometimes they stick and that could unseat it.
