2001 Cadillac Deville Two Wheel Drive 100,00 miles

when trying to turn while driving, I have to really slow down because the car doesn't want to turn with ease. I had the power steering fluid pump changed a couple of months ago.

First check your fluid level. If it's low, top it off. Do not overfill it.

When your last pump went bad, it's possible that metal particles where dumped into your steering system. This would cause the new pump to go bad if the system wasn't flushed correctly.

Also, you rack&pinion unit could be bad.
