where is it located at? in the deck lid or the rear window?

IT is located in deck lid on my 2000 deville It is a long lcd light about 31" by 2" width. Fuse is good.Now trying how to find out if lamp is good.

if its not on check it for power, but if 1 light is out the whole thing has to be replaced
