1999 Cadillac Deville no ground to fuell inyectors

car starts for a few seconds and dies . i have check all sistems gas,spark comp. there is power to the inyectors but no ground, ignition module or pcm could be the problem

The PCM controls the ground. If you could check the codes, it is possible that the theft system has disabled fuel for some reason. Press off and warmer on your climate panel, after the segment check, it will display codes. Record and report them.
