Electrical problem
1998 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive 81,000 miles
My driver's side wiper will descend below the edge of the windshield when the wipers are in the off position. This places a crease in the wiper about 2/3 the way up the blade and of course streaks. It looks like the pads that the arms rest against are both there. The driver's side is puting some pressure on its pad whereas the passenger side doesn't even touch. I would like to know the solution to this before I blow money putting a crease in a brand new wiper. Thanks for the help.
