1998 Cadillac Deville V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic
I took my car to have it detailed. My remote was working fine when I left it there. Later that day when I picked the car up the remote was not working. I replaced the battery with no results. A few days later I took it to the cadillac dealer and he stated the remote was completely dead, and could not be fixed. It would cost $85 for a new one, plus labor cost for the car to recognize thean remote. Does anyone know what happened to ruin the remote when it was left at the detailer? I believe something happened at the detail shop, as there was never a problem with the remote previously. [email protected]
