I have a 1998 Cadilac Deville. I had ran over a curb and smashed the fuel filter. We have checked all of the fues and relays. All are in proper working order. I am trying to find out why my Cadilac will not start. We have changed out the fuel filter and it still will not crank. The fuel pump will run but will not pump fuel to the fuel filter. We have removed the back seat and have all the wiring exposed. There does not seem to be anything damaged from what I can see. We have tried priming the pump. Still nothing. We ave tried preasuring the fuel through and still nothing. Would the be any saftey mechanisims that we are not aware of? We do know that there are three fuse boxes. We have found and checked all three.
