1998 Cadillac Deville Brake problems

Brakes problem
1998 Cadillac Deville Front Wheel Drive Automatic 86000 miles

hi. My 1998 Cadillac Delegance shudders when i step on the brakes. I thought it was the brake pads so i changed them. The old ones were next to nonexistent so i figured that was the problem. Well the car still shudders. I changed the rotors next but the car still shudders horribly when i brake. What else could be wrong?

Hi there , if the vibration is in the body and not the steering the problem will be in the rear brakes, did you do front or rear?

I changed the brakes in the front. Thats where it feels like its coming from

If the vibration is in the steering wheel its the front brakes, steering or front suspension, if just a body vibration under braking it will be rear brakes, rear suspension.
