1997 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The female connection for the passenger side seat belt is broken (will not latch). I would like to know how to remove the connection in order to replace it.

Follow the belt to the floorboard pull back the plastic cover , if installed, then with a Torx bit and ratchet unscrew and reinstall.
