1997 Cadillac Deville interior lights

Hello, I have an issue with my interior lights. When I unlock my vehicle the interior lights come on as they should. After I start the vehicle the courtasy lamps go off. I turn on the outside lamps. Then after about 3 minutes the led lamps for the seat and window buttons on the doors go off. All of the das lights and the radio display are ok. I have checked all fuses and read my owners manual to see if there is some type of setting for the timing of this. I cannot find any information. Could you please help me. Thanks.
