1997 Cadillac Deville Injector system

The engine turns over but will not start. I shot stater fluid in the intake and it starts and the stops when the fluid is gone. I also checked to see if the fuel pump was working by pressing the valve on the injector line and the fuel shot out.

Is the check engine light on? If so, then start by having the computer scanned.

If you don't have any codes stored, and have adequate fuel pressure, use a stethoscope to listen for the injectors firing as your engine runs briefly with the starting fluid.

If the injectors aren't firing, then you need to trace this back beginning with the wiring harness, computer and sensors.

I do not have any codes, I do have good fuel pressure, but the injectors are not getting the signal from the PCM, 12V is there when key is on, I was going to check the cam sensor next, can you tell me where it is located?
