ARE THERE ANY BOLTS OR SCREWS TO TAKE OFF,IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY? AND IS THERE A WAY TO LET DOWN BACK SEAT

I don't have any details on that. If your accessing through the trunk, you won't need to move the seat,
