1996 Cadillac Deville engine froze

1996 Cadillac Deville 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 250000 miles

while driving car cut off and never restarted. oil level was low. Tried to turn engine from crank could not moved it or get it to crank. How can i tell if engine blowed a gasket?
