1996 Cadillac Deville car cd player problems.......Wiring?

Ok, I had just got a cd player 2 weeks ago and decide to hook it up myself. After I finished installing the cd player I couldn't hear anything and the fuse keep blowing. After that I took the radio out just to see how they installed cd player, and the only thing they did was ran a yellow wire to the steering column. is it a caddy player or aftermarket one? sounds like to me its wired wrong

its definitly wired wrong, damage to unit maybe?
