i have a 1996 cadillac deville with a northstar engine. i bought it recently really cheap. basically i paid for the body ... so ive been told that it needs a new motor. but recently someone suggested just having the head gaskets changed what do you think

yes it has been to a mechanic. i will be getting a motor dropped in.
