1995 Cadillac Deville Rear suspension air ride

Air Ride Suspension has rear of car extended upward maximum amount which it stays in. No check suspension light is showing on dash. Can this condition be elimated by turning off Air Ride systen and how would this be done. What is the most likely problem causing this condition?

if you were to shut down the air ride suspension, being as the shocks are only meant as a support, you will soon after have no suspension. take it to a mechanic or leaving it would be your best option.
