When i start the car IAC is clicking along with the pedal. Does it need to be replaced? Ran a diagnostic and code PO55 came up, what does this mean?

P055 Closed Throttle Angle Out of Range

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and also test the throttle position sensor-
