I just acquired this vehicle from an estate sale from the original elderly owner.
Car is in great shape.
I do not however, like the computer readout. According to the owner's manual, all components are checked by the computer at startup and it will post a message of any problems.
With the digital dash, you have only a fuel gauge and speedometer, nothing else.
On an older Caddy that I had, if you pressed the information button, it would walk you through all of the steps, mpg, etc and then it would allow you to toggle through the coolant temp, oil pressure, voltage, etc.
Is there a way for the computer in this 1994 to do that?
Or should this be doing that already.
I am not familiar with this computer so any information would be helpful. I just don't want to trust my important information to and idiot light.
Thanks
