1993 Cadillac Deville loss of acceleration

loses power to acceleration, backfires, sputters, this also happens when air is on or turn signal is used.
Oxygen sensor was changed out but did not fix problem.
How could the turn signal and air be related to this problem???
PLease help!

Take the car to any autoparts store and have the battery/charging system tested. Low voltage will cause many problems. If battery or alt. is bad, replace them.
The AC and turn signal could be related because they require additional amps/volts, and that is why I am suggesting to check the battery/charging system as a first step.
