1987 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The choke does not close when slowed down.It opens as you accelerate but does not close after and the rpm is over 2000

If you're talking about a carbuerator choke its suppose to stay wide open at all times whether you are accelerating or decelerating-
