I have a cadillac CTS, 2004, 75,000 miles 3.6 engine.
Just last week, the raido quit working, at the same time the warning bell for leaving the keys in, also quit working. For a few days, the raido would go back to working and then one day I heard a loud popping sound and now it produces no sound. If you look at the raido, it appears as if it is picking up stations xm, fm, am, cd player, but no sound. I checked for blown fuses etc. Is there an easy fix, or is this a dealership job?
